Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly 2026 trend reports with predictive analytics
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for board-level strategic sessions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Build proprietary forecasting models using big data and machine learning
- Present future outlooks at global industry conferences and client summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or trend analysis at enterprise level
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and causal layered analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., from AC/FS)
