Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published author in top-tier futurist journals (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate-tech disruption
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to billion-dollar markets
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- Security clearance for government-level futurist projects
