Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech integration
- Lead 'Horizon Labs' initiatives prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging technologies
- Manage $8M+ R&D budget allocation across innovation projects
- Mentor junior futurists and build external partnerships with MIT/Stanford
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in tech strategy with 2026+ roadmap experience
- Proven track record of launching AI/neurotech products
- Expertise in quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Published futurist research or keynote speaker credentials
- Advanced certifications in AI ethics and quantum algorithms
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact cases
