- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight ecosystem within the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic initiatives launched based on future insights
