- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies within core business units
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant field

- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
