Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to forecast industry landscapes through 2030
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that drive strategic R&D investments

- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development cycles
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing trajectories
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic impact
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and inspire cross-functional teams
