Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech) with market opportunities
- Produce high-impact reports on disruptive forces affecting global industries through 2030
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects aligned with 2026 innovation milestones
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in exponential technology adoption
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum systems)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation
