Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year foresight initiatives mapping trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work on exponential technologies and societal impact
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, biotech governance, and sustainable transitions
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
