Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market positioning
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present compelling executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities to the C-suite and board
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership on the future of human-machine collaboration
- Drive the 2026 Innovation Lab's research agenda and experimental project portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products or policies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex, interconnected futures
- Published thought leader (white papers, patents, or industry conference keynotes)
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology scenario development projects
