Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology and market trajectories
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging megatrends
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with complex datasets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic pivots
