Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate insights into 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Develop patentable concepts for human augmentation and ambient intelligence systems
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Advise product teams on integrating 2026-viable innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
