Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics)
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with actionable insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for trend analysis
- Design and facilitate horizon-scanning workshops across global teams
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive future trends
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Experience building and managing innovation labs or R&D teams
