Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Oversee the research and integration of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Quantum algorithms.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for experimental projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible data governance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
