Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact innovations.
- Architect and oversee the deployment of next-generation software solutions using emerging tech stacks.
- Conduct feasibility studies on futuristic technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) and present findings to executive leadership.
- Manage and mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on R&D.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Ensure all technical implementations adhere to strict security and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Experience with futuristic tech concepts or advanced simulation modeling is a strong plus.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
