Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning engineering goals with long-term business strategy.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of supporting emerging AI and Machine Learning workloads.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready infrastructure and next-gen cybersecurity protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Establish best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and engineering leadership.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Future Tech: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and the trajectory of quantum computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative architectural solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
