Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Lead code reviews and technical architecture reviews to ensure maintainability and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications for the future.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with future-ready regulatory standards and ethical AI frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
