Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies including React, Node.js, and cloud services.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards (e.g., SOLID principles).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Testing & Debugging: Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure application stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, and CSS3/Tailwind.
- Backend: Solid understanding of Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks, and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
