Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies like React and Node.js.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-performance code.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and SOLID principles. Conduct thorough code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and optimize databases and frontend rendering to ensure a seamless user experience.
- API Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to expand platform capabilities.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share technical knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
