Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
