Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality front-end and back-end solutions using modern web technologies (React, Node.js, etc.) to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and agile methodologies to minimize technical debt.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Analyze and improve application performance, security, and scalability to handle high traffic loads efficiently.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing strategies to ensure application reliability and bug-free deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on React and Node.js.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience is accepted).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), SQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize system architecture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
