Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using modern DevOps practices
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality deployments
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical workshops

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
