As a key member of our engineering squad, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web applications, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
