Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end and back-end architectures using modern web technologies.
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both server-side and client-side applications.
- API Integration: Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
