Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or .NET).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement performance tuning strategies to ensure a seamless user experience across devices and browsers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Testing: Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to guarantee system stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong experience with at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Backend: Solid understanding of server-side languages (Node.js, Python, or Java) and RESTful API design.
- Database: Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Tools: Proficient version control using Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
