Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and backend technologies like Node.js or Python.
- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support high-traffic applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect code that provides an intuitive user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and technical debugging to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across the team.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, refactoring legacy code, and implementing best practices for caching and database queries.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend Proficiency: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is required.
- Backend Proficiency: Solid understanding of server-side programming, preferably Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database Management: Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
- Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git and Git workflows (e.g., GitFlow, GitHub Actions).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
