We are seeking a visionary Senior Financial Analyst to spearhead our 2026 Strategic Planning and financial forecasting initiatives. As a key player in our Finance team, you will utilize advanced modeling techniques to predict market trends and drive executive decision-making for the upcoming fiscal year. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 annual budgets and rolling forecasts based on historical data and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis comparing actuals against 2025 projections to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial targets with operational goals.
- Present complex financial data to the C-Suite in a clear, actionable format.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support M&A activities and capital allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Strategic Finance.
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, Macros) and SQL for data extraction.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial modeling best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic projects from conception to execution.
