Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze high-volume equity options data to identify arbitrage opportunities and market inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction and processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with the trading floor to design real-time dashboards that visualize key risk metrics and volatility surfaces.
- Model and forecast options pricing using statistical techniques and historical data.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services or equity options sector.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of Options Theory, Greeks, and market mechanics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights.
