Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets related to equity options, derivatives, and market trends to identify key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex financial data for executive leadership.
- Clean, transform, and model data from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance and HR departments to model compensation structures and equity vesting scenarios.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual errors and increase efficiency in weekly reporting cycles.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast market risks and opportunities within the equity options sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on financial data or equity options.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Strong experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) and Excel (VBA/Macros).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
