Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the strategic integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core product ecosystems.
- Drive innovation in Quantum-Ready Architecture to ensure scalability for future computing demands.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI Ethics & Safety, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Foster a culture of Strategic Foresight across all engineering and product departments.
- Manage high-stakes partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and global stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership, with a focus on AI and Software Engineering.
- Proven track record of defining Long-term Technology Visions and translating them into actionable roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI trends, LLMs, and neural network architectures.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M and leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
