Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Document data pipelines and analytical models to ensure transparency and maintainability.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic planning.
- Maintain and update data governance policies to ensure compliance with internal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
