Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models to support business intelligence needs.
- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from large, disparate datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience with A/B testing and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
