Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product management, to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the organization.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
