In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex data sets and actionable business insights. Working our specialized weekend shift allows you to support critical reporting cycles and ensure our data integrity remains uncompromised while the rest of the office operates. You will collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to drive strategic decisions and optimize business processes.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets using SQL and Python to ensure 99.9% data accuracy and reliability.
- Design and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in historical and real-time data to provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to define data requirements and implement new analytical models.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.
- Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines to improve data processing speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Must be available to work a regular weekend schedule (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating basis.
