- Perform data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets for weekend analysis cycles.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple databases.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct trend analysis and forecasting to support operational strategies during the weekend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and optimize data workflows.
- Document data processes and provide technical guidance to junior analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong preference for candidates comfortable with weekend shifts.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into business insights.
