Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns, specifically focusing on weekend performance metrics and operational efficiency.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Texas and Philadelphia to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing ETL processes and validating data sources during off-hours.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership on a weekly basis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within our data workflows and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
