We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic Data Science team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets to drive business strategy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to provide data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous quality control processes and documentation.
- Conduct forecasting and predictive modeling to assist in strategic planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by the business needs.
