Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and business performance.
- Perform in-depth data cleaning, validation, and analysis to support ad-hoc reporting and research initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proven ability to manipulate large datasets and perform statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Must be willing and available to work the Weekend Shift.
