What You Will Do
Our team values accuracy, innovation, and collaboration. As a Data Analyst on our weekend shift, you will:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization within our core business metrics.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor real-time performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate complex business questions into analytical tasks.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all systems, performing rigorous data validation and cleaning processes.
- Prepare clear, concise documentation and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis on complex datasets, focusing on identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a shift-based or operational role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
