Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly reports to management, highlighting critical insights and recommendations.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the optimization of our data architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to work effectively during Weekend Shifts and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights.
