Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) massive datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for weekend reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, highlighting actionable insights to drive business strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business questions into technical solutions.
- Database Management: Optimize SQL queries and database structures to improve data retrieval speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably within the finance or tech sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to work a weekend shift schedule (e.g., Saturday/Sunday) or hybrid remote options.
