Your Role
As a Data Analyst on our weekend team, you will be the bridge between complex data sets and business strategy. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, generating performance reports, and providing stakeholders with the insights they need to make informed decisions during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and data architecture.
- Validate data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly analytical reports to management.
- Document data processes and provide technical guidance to junior analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to work independently during the weekend shift with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
