Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets on a weekly basis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Supply Chain teams to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing rigorous quality checks and validating data sources.
- Generate comprehensive weekly reports, highlighting critical business findings and forecasting future trends.
- Optimize SQL queries and database structures to improve data retrieval speed and reporting efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for data-related questions, providing clear insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings effectively.
