Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, transform, and load (ETL) massive datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Advanced Reporting: Design and automate complex weekly and monthly reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Dashboard Optimization: Maintain and improve existing data visualization dashboards to ensure they are intuitive and up-to-date.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and sales teams to define data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (subqueries, CTEs, window functions) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Availability: Must be willing and available to work Saturday and Sunday (Full-time hours).
