Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity for reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement scalable data solutions.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency for the operations team.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols and compliance standards across all reporting projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Weekend Shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
