Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, translating complex data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support data-driven initiatives and strategic planning.
- SQL Optimization: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support ad-hoc reporting needs and data audits.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the core business operations.
