Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure the integrity of reporting data.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive stakeholders.
- Utilize SQL to query databases and extract necessary information for analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
