Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical methods and modeling techniques to interpret data trends and forecast future performance.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations for the management team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business health.
- SQL Optimization: Write complex SQL queries and optimize database structures to improve reporting speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Availability: Must be available to work a Weekend Shift (e.g., Friday to Sunday or similar schedule).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or ETL tools (Informatica, Talend) is a plus.
