The Role
In this position, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate reports, and optimize our data pipelines. Responsibilities
- Data Management: Clean, validate, and maintain large datasets using SQL and Python scripts to ensure data integrity.
- Reporting: Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to present complex data findings to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement new analytical tools.
- Process Improvement: Develop and automate standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization: Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Schedule: Ability and willingness to work the weekend shift (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
