Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in weekend operational data.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data models.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems during the weekend shift.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Document data processes and create standard operating procedures for analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift while maintaining high communication standards.
