Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and clean large datasets from multiple sources.
- Create interactive and intuitive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver timely, accurate reports.
- Utilize Python and R for advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data accuracy and integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience creating visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
